Garden Care

Our team of experienced gardeners, all have their own machinery and equipment and attend to the routine maintenance and care of your garden, including grass cutting, strimming, weed control, hedge cutting etc. Specific garden and landscaping projects can also be undertaken, such as planting and tree surgery.

 

Our aim is to ensure that your garden is professionally cared for and looks at its best whenever you or your renters arrive at the property.

Pool Care

Our pool technicians manage and care for your swimming pool, to ensure it is in excellent condition for you and your renters.

 

The pool will be regularly cleaned and the chemical levels tested and controlled, so that the water is always clear and inviting.

We also deal with opening the pool up at the start of season and winterising it at the season’s end and are happy to advise on all matters relating to your pool such as heaters, covers, robotic cleaners etc.

Changeovers

We have a very settled team of cleaners who are allocated to specific houses, which they get to know very well. The changeover window is between 10am to 4pm to ensure that your house is presented in excellent condition to your incoming guests.

 

We like to add the finishing touches, e.g. making sure that curtains are stylishly dressed and beds made-up elegantly. During the changeover, we also check for any damage or breakages.

 

Our excellent relationship with a local laundry company ensures we can offer a quality service for your bed linen and towels.

 

If you would like to leave something for your guests on their arrival we can provide an excellent bottle/bottles of wine sourced from one of our local vineyards.

 

Your guest will have high expectations of the holiday home they have booked and we go to great lengths to ensure that they are happy and pleased on their arrival.

Cleaning

Apart from changeover time, your home can be cleaned thoroughly throughout to include linen and towels laundered if necessary, at any time you may request.

 

Should a mid-stay linen change/clean be required it will be designed specifically for your guests to continue to enjoy their holiday experience. This can be ordered through us.

 

Our professional cleaning teams can provide a thorough opening-up clean at the start of the season or provide a deep clean, for example, following the completion of building work in or around the property.

 

Cleaning gîtes and homes is not all we do for you, but it is an important part of the overall package we provide!

Maintenance

We work closely with many local artisans and are happy to advise and make introductions for any repair and maintenance tasks required. We can also advise and introduce tradesmen for larger projects such as extensions, heating installations, kitchens and bathrooms, etc.

In your absence we are happy to supervise and provide regular progress reports, to give you peace-of-mind as your property is undergoing any alterations, developments or refurbishments. And following such works, we can also provide a bespoke cleaning-up service.

Keyholding & Security

We are able to act as keyholders for you and will undertake regular security visits as frequently as you may require, ensuring that your property is safe during the off-season.

 

Immediately following any adverse weather conditions, we can make a special visit to your property to ensure there are no problems such as, water ingress, damaged roof tiles, fallen trees or debris and any specific plumbing or swimming pool issues that may need urgent attention.
