Set in a domed tunnel under the property, you can find a variety of games and entertainments including, table football, pool table, noughts and crosses, darts and more. The stone walls help to keep this space nice and cool and the built-in bar makes a cosy relaxation spot for adults and children.
Garden & Grounds
In addition to a large secluded garden, we have several dining terraces. We also have a Yoga space to the rear of the property where you can relax in privacy and a table tennis table for outside play.

Enjoy your daily swim in the privacy of your own pool. Sunbathe poolside on one of our sun loungers or finally get round to reading that new summer bestseller in the comfort of our outdoor living area. When the sun becomes too hot, picnic at our covered dining table at the side of the pool.

This luxury French villa is located only a short distance from Tournon D'Agenais, voted one of the most beautiful villages in France. Set in the countryside, on the outskirts of a small hamlet, this property is a wonderful escape from everyday life.
Upon entry, you are greeted by an open-plan kitchen, living room and dining area, and a fresh take on country charm. With high beamed ceilings and open stone walls, contrasted with splashes of colour and contemporary art, this property is truly one of a kind.
The kitchen is well stocked with essential items, an additional coffee machine and a Smeg mixer. There is a covered terrace to the right out of the kitchen, allowing you to enjoy your meal al fresco and giving you that much-needed respite from the summer sun.
The first-floor bedroom is located on the left as you leave the living room. With an en-suite bathroom, a fold-down futon and a private balcony, this room has everything you could need. Included in the en-suite there is a large bath and overhead shower.
Down the stairs, you have yet another double bedroom, again with its own balcony terrace. There is a spacious bathroom with a utility section for any laundry requirements you should need.
At the opposite end of the corridor, you will find all your pool towels, outdoor games, balls and the keys to the yoga terrace and Cave.
Everything has been provided by the owners to ensure that you have the most relaxing holiday, with every essential close at hand. For our yoga enthusiasts, there are yoga mats, bands, skipping ropes and weights provided.
For our guests travelling with children, there is a fuse ball table, pool table and table tennis. There is even a bar area for anyone wanting to escape the evening sun with a cold drink in a cool, sheltered environment. This is not an opportunity to be missed!

Explore one of the surrounding medieval villages, go antique hunting and try some local wine at one of the many local vineyards. If you are staying during sunflower season, the vast fields of sunflowers are quite something to behold.
Head to one of the nearby freshwater lakes where you can swim, lie on the beach or try some water sports and their huge inflatable. If you are a keen cyclist and are bringing (or renting) bikes, there are miles of quiet country roads to explore, so it’s ideal for all ages.
For those seeking a thrill, there is outdoor Go-Karting in Cahors which is about half an hour's drive away. There are single and double go-karts (if you prefer to be a passenger).
